Entendi ("we", "us") operates a WhatsApp-based voice message translation service. This policy explains how we handle your data.
We process voice messages you send to our WhatsApp number for the purpose of transcription and translation. We do not store audio files after processing.
Voice messages are transcribed and translated using third-party APIs (OpenAI, DeepL). Results are returned to you via WhatsApp and may be logged for service improvement.
